Our Story

She didn't just sell to business owners. She learned how they think.

OwlBridge Solution™ was founded by Sheryl Gonzales, who has spent more than a decade in B2B, working directly with business owners.

That work put her across the table from founders and operators every day. She listened for what they were building and what stood in the way, and her focus was always growth: expanding their reach, winning new customers, and increasing revenue. She diagnosed the real problem behind each request, built solutions around it, negotiated, closed, and then stayed to manage the account and keep the relationship strong long after the deal was signed. Along the way, she consistently exceeded the quotas she was given.

Quotas teach discipline. Client accounts teach accountability. Business owners teach you what's really at stake.

Over and over she saw the same thing: owners with a clear vision for what they wanted to build, held back not by ambition or ideas, but by capacity. Their best hours were going to work that didn't grow the business. The right help was slow to find, hard to trust, and harder to keep.

She knew exactly what those owners needed, because she had spent years listening to them describe it: someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and keeps delivering.

So she built OwlBridge: a bridge between the business owners she understands and the professionals who can help them build, backed by a leadership team across sales, operations, and brand to make every placement count.

Why That Matters to You

We've been the person on the other end of the pipeline, the customer call, and the deadline. So when we place someone in your business, we know what the job really demands, not just what the description says.

That's why every OwlBridge placement starts with your business, is screened against the OwlBridge Standard, and is supported well beyond the first day. We're not trying to fill a position. We're trying to give you a professional you can rely on.

The OwlBridge Standard ™

Everyone says "high standards." Here's what it means in your business.

When a business owner says they want someone good, they usually mean the same few things. They don't want to chase anyone. They want to trust the work. They want to hear about problems early. And they want month six to look like week one.

  • Clarity:you always know where things stand. We screen for professionals who communicate proactively, ask when something is unclear, and flag issues before they become problems.
  • Ownership:when it's handed off, it's handled. We screen for people who see work through, care about the outcome, and treat your business like their responsibility.
  • Consistency:the same quality on the hardest day as the easiest. We screen for people who hold their standards when the workload rises and nobody is watching.

If a candidate can't meet all three, we keep looking.
